The Award Ceremony is for everyone.  Please clear your calendars so you will be able to attend for your band student and all the band students. It is on Wednesday, May 30th.  Dessert will be provided prior to the event. Come at 6pm for dessert and the event starts at 6:30 in the PAB.

Band Camp has been scheduled:  August 6 - 10.

Every day is a full day.  8am - 5pm-ish.  There are a couple evenings included 6pm-9pm.  There is a pot luck one of those evenings.

Please try to not schedule any evening activities for the band kids this week.  They will be working very hard and need to get their rest.

Please make sure they have water throughout the day (there is water on site) to stay hydrated.  

And bring sunscreen.

You will receive more information through the section leaders during the summer.  If you have any questions in the meantime, please send an email.

First Day of School is Monday, August 20.

Mondays - 3pm - 5pm (regular schedule)
Wednesdays 2:30 - 4:30 (block schedule)
Fridays - 3pm - 5pm (regular schedule)
CPT Fridays 2:15 - 4:15
Minimum Day Schedule Friday 12:40-2:40

Tuesdays/ - 3   - 6:30
Thursdays - 3:30 - 5pm
